Whether planning a magical wedding, seamless corporate event, fundraiser or any other social occasion - the most important thing is for the hosts to be relaxed and enjoying themselves.

The simplest way to accomplish that is to let us take care of creating the menu, organizing the rental, service, and clean up!

Organization is key; a good place to start is with our Quotation Request Form.

Send out invitations or for less formal affairs, make a phone call or evite several weeks in advance and even earlier for important events and busy times of the year (summer & Christmas season). An RSVP (by phone, mail or email) is helpful in knowing how many people to plan for. For instance rental companies (in peak season) require one month notice to reduce the quantity of the rental and we need the final number of guests no later than 1 week before the event.

When determining the food to serve at your event consider the time of day the event is being held, the type of event, number of guests, the venue and your budget.
