Pricing: Menu prices are quoted without plateware, cutlery, glassware etc as everyone’s needs vary; from paper plates to fine china. We charge a fee of 25% of the cost to arrange the rental. Payment: We require a 50% deposit to reserve the day. Balance is due on day of function, unless previous arrangements have been made.
Contract: A catering contract will be sent to be signed once the menu has been determined.
Final Head Count: Final count for an event must be received five full working days prior to the event. This count becomes your guaranteed number and is not subject to reduction. Charges will be based on the guaranteed number or the number actually served, whichever is greater. We will be prepared to serve up to 10% above the guarantee. Increases to your guaranteed number above 10% are subject to approval.
Cancellations: For groups up to 25: Any cancellation received 7 work days prior to the event date will be accepted without charges. Cancellation 5 days prior to event will result in a charge of 50% of the total bill, 3 days prior 75%. Events canceled the day before or day of the event will result in a charge of 100% of the total bill.
For groups above 25: Any cancellations received 15 working days prior to the event will result in a charge of 30% of the total bill. Any cancellation received 5 workdays prior to the event will result in a charge of 50% of the total bill, 3 days 75% and cancellations the day before or day of the event will result in a charge of 100% of the total bill.
Payment: Payment may be made by cheques payable to "Simply Delicious Catering".
Deposits can be mailed to: Simply Delicious Catering Equipment/Linens: We reserve the right to charge for any missing items or damaged tablecloths attributed to individuals attending the catered event.
Unused Food & Beverages: Due to health and insurance regulations, any leftover food or beverage remains the property of Simply Delicious Catering.
